To speed up capture, simply click on the column heading to lock it, then select the required items. In the above example, I locked the educators, then selected Spears B.; I then locked the subjects and selected TECH. Finally I then dragged Grade 08a into a new Group, then I dragged Grade 08b onto a new Group. The educator and subject where immediately added as well.
